Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no fee:

• in your PayPal account: Payments, then Automatic payments, choose Ringback, then Cancel; or
• by emailing dale.weaver@0xpi.com from your account email. We will cancel it for you within one business day and confirm by email.

During the free trial

If you cancel before your 7-day free trial ends, you are not charged anything.

What happens when you cancel

• No further payments are taken.
• Texting stops and your booking page is switched off once PayPal confirms the cancellation, usually within minutes.
• Your data is kept for 90 days, so you can come back without setting up again. After 90 days it is deleted (see the Privacy Policy).

Refunds

Because there is a free trial and you can cancel at any time, payments already made are generally not refunded, and we do not give partial refunds for the rest of a month or year. We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged after you cancelled, or charged twice;
• you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of a yearly payment; or
• Ringback did not work for you because of a fault on our side that we could not fix.

To ask for a refund, email dale.weaver@0xpi.com within 30 days of the charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law.
