ServiceTitan pricing in 2026: what it costs
Updated October 10, 2026
ServiceTitan is field-service management (FSM) software for residential and commercial trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door and more. If you searched for its price, the short answer is that ServiceTitan does not publish one. This page sets out what ServiceTitan itself says about how it charges, from its pricing page and its annual report to the SEC (Form 10-K), both checked October 10, 2026. We do not repeat third-party price estimates, because none of them can be checked against a ServiceTitan price list.
What ServiceTitan's pricing page shows
- Three packages: Starter, Essentials and The Works. Each has a "Request Pricing" button instead of a price.
- Per-technician pricing: "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size."
- Features listed on every package: dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook, mobile estimates, payroll management, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships.
- A demo first: the demo form asks your trade, your number of technicians and whether you have at least one full-time office employee.
- Add-ons ("Pro" products) sold on top, such as Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro and an AI Virtual Agent.
What ServiceTitan's 10-K says about how it charges
ServiceTitan is a public company (Nasdaq: TTAN), so its annual report describes its contracts. From the Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026:
- Fees for the core platform are "charged on a per unit basis which may vary by product, primarily on a per technician per month basis", invoiced monthly in advance.
- New customers "primarily enter into either annual or multi-year subscription agreements with contract terms typically ranging from 12 to 36 months"; certain Pro product and legacy customers are month to month.
- Annual and multi-year contracts carry "a minimum subscription fee for the contract term", and contracts renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
- Onboarding is a project: implementation and professional services cover data and accounting migration, telecom setup and training.
- ServiceTitan counts an "Active Customer" as one with over $10,000 of annualized billings; it had about 10,800 of them, representing over 97% of its annualized billings.
That last point is not a price, but it tells you who ServiceTitan's revenue comes from: businesses paying more than $10,000 a year.
Who ServiceTitan suits
- Shops with several technicians and an office or call-booking team, where dispatch, call booking and reporting are daily work.
- Businesses selling maintenance memberships and pricebook-driven upsells, and paying commissions.
- Owners ready to commit to a 1–3 year contract and an implementation project in exchange for one system for the whole operation.
Why small shops often look elsewhere
- No published price: you cannot compare it against a budget without a sales call.
- Contract length: 12–36 months is typical for new customers, per the 10-K.
- Implementation effort: ServiceTitan's own 10-K lists, as a risk, that small businesses "may not have sufficient office resources" for "the implementation, onboarding and training necessary to obtain the full benefits" of its platform.
- Lighter tools exist: the same filing notes competitors whose products offer "minimum functionality that small businesses may believe to be sufficient". Two that publish their prices: see Jobber pricing and Housecall Pro pricing (Housecall Pro Basic is $59/month billed annually or $79 monthly per its pricing page, checked October 10, 2026), or Jobber vs Housecall Pro.
How to get a real ServiceTitan quote
- Count your field technicians and office staff, since pricing is per technician.
- Ask for the price per technician per month for each package, and which Pro products you would need.
- Ask for the contract term, the minimum subscription fee, any onboarding or implementation fee, and the renewal and cancellation terms in writing.
- Ask what payment processing and financing cost; the 10-K reports them as usage-based revenue, separate from subscriptions.
If the problem you are solving is missed calls
Some owners look at ServiceTitan because calls go unanswered while everyone is on a job. If that is the main problem, you do not need an FSM system to fix it. Ringback is the lightweight missed-call piece, not a ServiceTitan replacement: it runs on the Android phone your business line already rings on and texts every missed caller from your own number within seconds, with separate business-hours and after-hours messages, a lead inbox for replies and an online booking page with confirmations and day-before reminders. It does not dispatch, quote, invoice or answer calls. It costs $17/month (or $170/year) with no setup fee. The 7-day free trial needs a card on file through PayPal; nothing is charged during the trial, then it is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
If you already run on ServiceTitan or another system with an online booking link, put that link in Ringback and missed callers get it. See also text-back next to field-service software and answering services vs text-back.
Questions
How much does ServiceTitan cost?
ServiceTitan does not publish its prices. Its pricing page (checked October 10, 2026) lists three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, each with a "Request Pricing" button, and says its pricing is per technician. Its 2026 annual report (Form 10-K) says the core platform is charged primarily per technician per month. To get a number you have to request a quote or a demo.
Does ServiceTitan require a contract?
Per ServiceTitan's Form 10-K for the year ended January 31, 2026, new customers primarily sign annual or multi-year subscriptions, typically 12 to 36 months, with a minimum subscription fee for the term; some Pro product and legacy customers are month to month, and contracts renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
Is ServiceTitan good for a small contractor?
It is built for shops that run on it end to end: dispatch, call booking, pricebook, memberships, payroll and reporting, with an onboarding project. ServiceTitan itself says in its 10-K that small businesses may lack the office resources for implementation and training, and that lighter products offer "minimum functionality" some small businesses find sufficient. An owner-operator or a 2–3 truck shop often starts with software that publishes its prices, such as Jobber or Housecall Pro.
Is Ringback an alternative to ServiceTitan?
No. Ringback is not field-service software: no dispatch, estimates, invoicing or payroll. It does one thing ServiceTitan is not needed for: texting back callers you miss, from your own number, with a booking link. It can run next to ServiceTitan or any other system.
Ringback works on an Android phone your business line rings on, or with an iPhone plus a Mac (Mac helper, beta) or a spare Android: see missed-call text-back on iPhone.
